Should put this to the investor hub or contact DP personally if your a large holder. Should absolutely be made accountable for not taking advantage of shares at 1.2 cents and hiding behind the extremely dubious excuse of "not making the market".
Who cares about making the market? You (DP) should be buying every single share available at 1.2 and be thankful for the opportunity end of discussion.
