that's the mesaage to the market ie it will be cheaper -
even thought it's stupid cheap here (paraphrasing DP), but we ain't buying it .. and only reason can be 'cause we think it's going to be even stupider. (like some holders that trusted the well plan, watch this space commentary, and that management gave a toss about shareholders..)
