Probably 12 cents is not that outlandish but Iluminaughty is right don't hype this up. I'm expecting the price to rise considerably once drilling actually begins. Certainty is required especially as some on this site are suggesting ( without imho any basis ) that it's further off than our last update at the web inarticulate was stating
