I was only guessing in my earlier posts that a Feasibility Study sufficient to meet Financiers requirements was specified in the agreement but it looks like I got it right. On this issue I hope DP sticks to his guns otherwise why let such a valuable asset go for such a low price.
Unless a party can do the work to the point where the requirements for production (processes, plant, finance etc.)are known (i.e. a comprehensive Feasibility Study) what is the point in JRV doing a JV with them - especially a 50:50 JV? Unless of course they were to pay a sum of money sufficient to do this work - and A$1.43m is not sufficient.
