Being a tough guy is not what DP needs to be. He's lucky that anyone is prepared to deal with him given his track record with China Railway Resources and the shareholder coup a couple of years back - what a fiasco that was. But he's gone an ostracized _another_ potential business partner because he wasn't prepared to meet them half way. This guy would cut off his nose to spite his face. Why couldn't he give them another few months to try and sort out the deficiencies in this "Technical Report"? Why was it so critically important that EMC has a definative feasability study completed by that particular date? Maybe if there were other potential suitors waiting in the wings, but there aint any. None at all. Nobody is that silly.

There is now going to be a legal fight over this and you may have to kiss goodbye to the last remaining dregs of cash in JRVs bank account.
