Personally I thought that was a good move. I usually have a list of risks for each company I invest in and for young companies like NVX key management personnel (KMP) risk is always high up in my list, even more so for NVX because Chris's shareholding (and potentially a few others) is so small. While this is a good step in the right direction I think KMP risk is still pretty high for NVX as their ownership is still relatively small (if not significantly so).
