I also liked marmaduke's take on the question of the PPA. He suggested that Xstrata ought to sign the PPA (subject to certain conditions such as project approval etc..) and include it on their EIA as a positive environmental effect of their dirty big mine.
A great suggestion.........excellent in Australia.........but maybe just great in Argentina.
