Although the project is well supported, Iggy is going to have to bite the bullet and just go for a smaller production facility,
The CAPEX for the 4,500 tpa HPA plant is US$300mil, the OPEX is also significant for a company with an MC of only US$64mil
If they went with a plant of 1-2k tpa with a CAPEX of US$100-150mil it would be much easier to get funded, then they can expand the production facility once they prove the existing plant can meet all of its forecast assumptions.
