The key shareholders and management crew are Americans, the listing in the states is necessary to tap into the necessary funding did getting reserves to market. Else we will continuously struggle to raise investment funds here in Australia
The key and experienced investors in the this great play, with in and outside of TBN are also from the USA, they have experience with these activities, which I reckon we as shareholders are benefit though ensuring they get this field into the scale required
