After all the comments on here from the inner circle (Welli, Flogga, etc) that a PASS contract was in the baq, this is very surprising and shattering news.
Oh well, what is 12 - 15 years of effort and the myriad upramping efforts and misleading information put out to the market.
Perhaps posters like Welli may now like to substantiate their outrageous claims that it was in the bag.
