Too bad YOU couldn't figure it out 4 years ago . You were told but chose to ignore the facts . 3 years ago we offered proof that NEL PASS was considered fill .

There you have it . According to the EES . Re PASS .
'' Most of this material is categorised as fill material '' It goes on to explain that some soil would be category c due to elevated fluoride . NAG can't take it .
The main concern is contaminated soil from historical use which NAG can't take either . To all the holders , read the EES yourselves . Nag should concentrate on gold . PASS is well passed it's use by date .
