Apart from not getting any backfill contracts to backfill the pits. ERR are on the warpath at present re-assessing all environmental bonds associated with Mining Licences and Work Authorities. Having lost the ability to commence backfilling the pits, NAG will now have to post a significant increase to the environmental bond they presently have.
