    re: Ann: UPDATE OF OPERATIONS AT SAO CHICO, B... Nice to have an idea on where the plant is at, but they are claiming delivery and production to start in the same month? Does it seem likely they will be able to put together/commission the plant in such a short time frame (1 month)? Anyone know of another company that has had a similar plant installed that we can go back and check comissioning time on?
