Ive read most of the media releases on that one, and seeing as the past CFO was a rat along with the other rodents that were running the show prior and during launch. ASIC was warned multiple times that the financial figures were misleading and failed to catch it in screening. Now ASIC has to renew its reputation by punishing the real culprits.
