IF the COY asked you to defer a k right, THAT WOULD BE TO YOUR DETRIMENT if they had info where there was no real possibility of settlement then yes its very very good news.
If however they did offer an inducement to do this then it could be for many reasons.
When u say 50% r u saying u deferred the option by this much ? Is 50% still up for payment in 2018?
