    The whole notion of offering Put options to the 2014 non PDS growers smacks of desperation on TFC's part. The company would only receive 90% of the sale price after slinging a 10% sales commission to the FA involved, but was offering essentially a full refund offer. The writing was well and truly on the wall then.

    The company must have believed its own hubris when striking these deals.
