yet once again the company finds itself in a very poor position to negotiate on behalf of SH.
Hard to understand anyone champion a company that has been in a stalemate with investors/bankers for over 2 months let alone one that has to forward sell product at a huge discount. Worse still having to be in a trading halt that obviously may never trade again.
Furthermore I would be furious if I was an investors when reading the desperate nature of the last few announcements. Quite laughable given the ongoing negotiations.
