Please remember the reason we are in this mess, is because the company fails to announce when something goes wrong (such as major contracts cancelling)
Nothing they say has any value at all.
I am glad the tide is turning against FW and many people who stuck by him are seeing what a snake and liar he turned out to be.
It's a crying shame, and I wish we all did well.
But please don't delude yourselves.
We have been the victims of a major corporate fraud.
As I have said many times- I am just shocked the lawsuits haven't started more quickly.
I have unfortunately been a shareholder of a company that went under (FGE)... I suspect many who remain hopeful of a positive outcome here have never had that experience- maybe they think it can't actually happen?
It can happen, and it's happening to you. At least I hope it happens to FW as well and he doesn't have other major assets, or if he does, he loses them too.
Sad but he has played us all through omissions, untruths and financial engineering.
