FW WAS QIN for all intents and purposes, until a few months ago.
Then Glaucus came along and firstly- proved none of us have really done proper research/ due diligence (they uncovered multiple massive frauds and lies which none of us on here did!) and secondly forced the company to act.
FW fled, the company fell apart. The fact that the board didn't know Galderma contract was cancelled shows that either FW lied to them (most likely, as we know he is dishonest) or (2) they are liars (probably true as well, and probably their best defence in the upcoming lawsuits will be ignorance.)
QIN and FW can both be wrong, and we got shafted!
Sucks...
