One thing makes no sense to me:
Why has QIN issued a note to get FW to pay his debt when he also has a put option he could (or in 10 days can) exercise. If it was a case of him being unable to pay he could simply call the put option writing off the debt.
My only and uneducated guess is that QIN actually wants to force the put option?
