Founder of a company, usually treat the company as their 'own' business, so not surprising with those disclosure issues.
I don't think BlackRock or other interested parties would let FW take control of the company. The legal battle with FW is a clear sign of that.

It's interesting to watch pending outcome, if suspension is lifted, should offer good trading opportunities.
