Now just get a new contract news from India, China or US prior to recapitalization and then see how shorters will able to hold their pants on the way up when all shorters will be chasing to close down their position ASAP plus big brokers/equity trading firm like to take advantage going long along with some ST-LT investors....All together will put up a perfect fire on QIN SP similar to what happenned to Volkswagen in 2008.
