1M shares traded the price between $2.98-2.88. Usually you would see bugger $ fluctuations when this much volume trade with vulcan.. I don't know anything for sure though I can guess what is happening. Anyway I'll leave to that and what is happening these days are not that important if your future vision for vul comes through me think..
