considering company has $240 mil in the bank and in bold states they will seek "project-level strategic equity and
debt, in line with successful market sounding conducted during 2023", muted response from the market. I suppose when they bring in someone like Shell or BP as a partner, market response will be different.
The market sounding conducted in 2023 bit, makes me think they have a partner waiting in the wings. Just IMO.
