A shake up and shake out of management is definitely needed. The CEO has resigned himself and Appen to years of slow growth and declining customer revenue. Where’s the innovation, pivot into new opportunities, finding new vertices? Where’s the vision?
This guy is useless. It’s almost like he is waiting to be shown the door.
