If Telus tell us (haha) about market share gains on thier investor call Saturday morning (AEST) how will that further impact perception of Marks grasp on the business and the market he is an "expert" in? What if they (Telus) specifically tell us (haha) they are gaining market share at the expense of APX. When he said he didnt beleive the decline was market share driven he didnt then go on to answer, We have enormous plans over the coming periods to grow market share, nope, nothing. Not from Mark.
Then he declined an interview with AFR where he once again would have had an opportunity to talk positively about the APX business.

So Mark declined an offer to speak with AFR, he declined specific questions on the one way investor call, he declines the opportunity to commit a number against his strategy and acquisitions. He is doing a 101 of demonstraing how NOT to operate when times get tough. Put your head in the sand Mark, when the storm passes and you put your head up Im sure everything will be perfect again.

APX needs a motivated leader who can chase new segments aggresively and sell the benefits of AI. Worldwide, companies are looking to cost cut and dont want to add employees during econimic uncertainy. The opportunity for automation through AI is incedible. Who is selling into these new segments. Nope, we can do $18m in risky old China when everyone else is leaving in droves. Dont let the door hit you in the head on the way out Mark.

APX needs an extrovert who can leverage challenging questions from investors and media to promote how the business will be a sucess as well as confidently demonstrating they have a plan to win and support it with a commitment to numbers that they will deliver.
