We havent seen expenditures in tech normalise since Covid - thats over two years of tightening purse strings.
Meta has had its first decline in revenue - ever. So business is tightening. We need to see the Fed hit terminal rate on interest rates then we need to give it a quarter for the market to normalise. So in my view The Feb FY report isn't going to be great but expect conditions to improve by the AGM if the Fed calms down and spending returns by May 2023. In the meantime I'm a buyer.
