Carolyn was my opposite number in the US (ex-Butler Hill) arm of the business. She had a lot to do with the search clients, as well as running the operations side there.
After Tammy Garves retired in 2019 (I think), Carolyn would have taken an even bigger role there, but she did leave Appen at the end of 2021, so it’s more fallout from the Mark era.
As to her joining LXT, I imagine she’s there for her operational experience and skills, and her contacts and client management experience (she is a “VP Operations”).
