What a sad story.
12 months ago the SP was 3x the price of this proposed entitlement offer price
And... They paid a dividend of 1.3c a share at the same time last year.
Now asking for all that money back and more, massive discount to the price trading then and a further 20% on recent trading price.
Feel bad for existing holders. Hopefully this new venture pays off and has more longevity than the old systems and revenue streams.
