Read the bottom paragraph. It stresses how the 25% ownership stays with their Chinese partners, who are also their distribution partners who are also big in China.....
A2 has helped them out of a loss making operation....,.... This deal is cementing and securing the China relationship. We have (and have always had) some powerful players on the side of A2.
This Ann is not about the Overseas investment ok, its about the interconnections that A2 has within China.
