Given all their recent problems have been in marketing and sales (not understanding and managing the Daigou channel), how does the acquisition of a dairy company help them to overcome their problems? I see this just adding another dimension to the problems they already have- hardly what they need in a time of crisis.
Sad to see a once successful marketing company go down the Fonterra path ...
