For a genius as yourself it should be quite clear that this acquisition will solve the problem of supply diversification, control of product production and extra margins. It has absolutely nothing to do with daigou problem that was caused by issues beyond company’s or their partners control but which company is trying to deal with. Good businesses tend to build good relationships with their partners and plan somewhat further than till next market announcement
