re: Ann: Update on Acquisition of Dart Energy... That's the way this mob work. This deal was all wrapped up quite some time ago - while they fed the shareholders a line of BS about going through with the AIM listing. So much for complete disclosure and accountability.
They have a complete disdain for the other 70% of shareholders and operate as if they own the whole company.
That's the way it was at the AGM when New Hope took over control of the company. No need to put things to a vote - it's a lot less messy to just engineer the resignation of the board have your people walk right in and sit in the big chairs up front.
I'd love to know how they managed to get the previous chairman and board to walk away from the company. I'm sure it was completely above board!
