re: Ann: Update on Acquisition of Dart Energy... I cannot understand why a lot of posters on this site seemed to upset about IGAS takeover DTE.
We will have a better future merging with IGAS as they certainly have better managements.
I think without the announcements IGAS share is probably 20% higher than now and DTE is sitting on 11 and 12 cents for sure! Or maybe even lower?
unless you are shorters? Why get upset with the 50% appreciation of share price?
I understand that the market is irrational, but to be upset when the price is going up is beyond logic!
Come on holders cheer up! If you don't like the deal, then sell now and get 50% more than a few weeks ago!
As for the old DART managements, it's a joke? They screwed us till we were nearly broke! So don't blame the new teams for god's sake! Wake up!
It's a strange world! People got P/O when the price were low and get upset when it's going up?
If Dart was that great then why no others wanted to T/O us before IGAS and why not Now! Just common sense should prevail?
