re: Ann: Update on acquisition of Innovation ... Would be hopeful of some buying strength into the share consol, if we can get to 2c or a 10:1 that would be a start. Still think directors tipping in some coin for a few more at this point would be a positive for the stock.

At the very least think we have seen the bottom - it will get supported from here as no way anyone connected with this stock will want to do anything larger than a 20:1 consol, the next couple of weeks will tell the tale.
