We are pleased to advise that the One Click Offer closed oversubscribed having raised in excess of the maximum of $5.5m.
We have been advised by the Lead Manager, that the Company has provided all relevant required information to ASX regarding re-quotation of the shares and is awaiting ASX to finalise this. We understand ASX is experiencing a backlog of transactions with the company expecting the re-quotation of shares to occur the week commencing September 5.
