The financing of a bond on a property is very appealing. No interest is paid through Certegy Ezi pay, just minimal fees and you finance the bond over 6 months.. This is very attractive for rental market, especially with housing prices so out of each for many and the ability to not tie up cash in a bond straight up.
Would be quite popular for younger rental crowd as indicated in the announcement today.
