PGC have a strong history of acquiring and integrating to date.
But there are plenty of roll-ups who hit speed bumps after early success. GXL, GEM lost share price momentum when their EPS stopped expanding.
Not overpaying and keeping shares on issue tight by paying with cash or debt the key ingredients IMO.
