How often do you see substantial holder notices from different funds both selling and buying for the same stock on the same day?.... it happens all the time. They are also moving large parcels and enter and exit over extended timeframes. I reckon if you never read these notices it would barely affect your investment outcomes. However it does sometime provide some explanation for short/medium term price movements.
