re: Ann: Update On Action Against Australis M... It was definitely recorded in the September quarter that ADY was instituting legal action to recover this debt. And it has been on the record for some considerable time was Australis was having difficulties in meeting its legal and financial obligations to ADY. So this is not really new information.
I Have a vague recollection that this was one of the reasons that the major shareholder sighted for his move against the Board.
