The reality is that the consumer of AHZ is the medical industry, not the end recipient. While ever there is an acceptable alternative cost comes into it. They are running a business and answer to their vested interests

They are all looking to increase margins and reduce cost. If AHZ were to make this known to their consumer they are putting themselves at a disadvantage and future margins at risk.

"AHZ are not selling bread and milk"

Its not about bread ansd milk, its about sales and maximising profits and future returns.

All the power to them if they want to publish margins on products, but to do it to satisfy shareholder curiosity is a poor reason imo.
