Yes ,, they are down to Two creditors, it really comes down to them whether the company continues, I could see WPG mining its way out of the hole literally, those creditors have asked for an extension,,,
As for the Directors,,well you know their names,, can't see them being left in charge to run a bath let alone listed company..?? I follow them closely on Linkedin ,, They ducked for cover pretty quickly,,and there will be questions to answer,,, the main question that may promote recourse against the Directors is ,,were they insolvent? when were they insolvent? did they with hold payment from Pybar,,and if so where are those funds??
also the last wash up was a record from memory , herculean effort,, i recall,,,well wheres that Gold, or wheres the cash from that gold?
I fear your regulators over in Australia are toothless crocodiles, But recently over here some Directors have been smashed with Big Fines,,$5m$6m for not being diligent enough,,Judges aren't stupid ,, if this gets to court under criminal prosecution,, if I were an ex Director of WPG i would take my toothbrush...... if its all civil BS then regulators like to sweep stuff under the rug,, it makes them look bad having hundreds of collapsed companies on their watch,,mind you they are only responsive,,not proactive...
From History it all comes out in the wash,,and the guys i spoke with alleviated my concerns when they said they were doing a forensic accounting and comms investigation ,, so Emails and Texts and Phone calls from all company cellphones etc would be scrutinized.. plus you just can't squirrel money aside either,, those Kiwi directors got prosecuted 6 years after the fact....

Now with the POG right up ,,there must be someone interested in WPG deposits?? surely ,, if not I will give them a dollar for the dirt
