On the 17 May 2013, in a letter to the ASX, the Deed Administrator included "It is expected that final agreement and subsequent formal documentation should be settled with the next 6 - 8 weeks, at which time the company will be in a position to provide further details to shareholders."
Eight months on and guess what?
On the 15 January 2014, in a letter to the ASX, the Deed Administrator includes, "It is expected that final agreement and subsequent formal documentation should be settled with the next 6 - 8 weeks, at which time the company will be in a position to provide further details to shareholders."
Not holding my breath on this one either!
