I think they will wait for their IPO first and see how that is doing.They are changing their name to Beston Pure Foods, so they are branching out from Dairy
Probiotec have some interesting patents with dairy byproducts(remember beston make probiotic yoghurt , etc), some of which are being trialled now.Probiotec also have many well known brand health names and are associated with the CSIRO researched weight loss programme "Impromy".
They have a successful money making manufacturing business where they have long term customers making 'parm and health products.
They have also trimmed their money losing businesses.
They have a miserable market cap of 9 million and only have debt of approx 10 milion
Just makes so much sense to me.
