Well, just remember they are selling SMB. The value they have on it is in the annual report released months ago i think at 80m. With that sale price, maybe get 20c per share in liquidation. Theres no hope this will get back, someone else will get that benefit. Too much debt stranded. Anyways, SMB is low quality business ES was the real value, if more volatile. It was all just a disaster, intergration gone wrong, and the market changed in ES. Couldnt make it work with the debt and earnouts were too high.
Glad the founders got out and got their money back with the ES transaction of $6m!!!!! From the sale proceeds. Lets see them save themselves when they sell SMB too. Thanks for coming ARQ shareholders.
