It will be a miracle if all conditions in the agreement would be satisfied by 31 March 2019. However, miracle does happen.

There are no permanent enemies or opponents, only common and permanent interests unify people. So all the best to ANS holders.

One of the conditions is shareholders' approval for the issuance of the shares to ANS/WAPRC. Without  the regulatory approval, there will be no shareholders meeting. As stated in the Australian Corporation law, the shareholders meeting should be announced at least one month before the meeting. In order to satisfy all the conditions by 31 March 2019, all regulatory approvals including China's NDRC and FIRB should be obtained in January 2019 before Chinese New year which will start on 5 Feb 2019.
