Board has stated they unanimously recommend $3. Independent auditor state that this is not fair and reasonable then board must go.
Any suggestion that board and TG have let ALB in with no intention is tin (Lithium) foil hat stuff.
There would be mountains of ex shareholders lining up for a piece of them if even 1% true, let alone jail time.
