Please explain in view of "Best and FINAL", unless another entity crashes the party, upping the offer?

So I wonder how ALB can talk with HP and LTR about a JV during a SoA with Liontown and a "No shop, No talk" clause???

"Unless ALB are able to put something very good on the table [ibid Best and Final] by next week,..."

I am really, really confused how the goal post can be moved under a "Best and Final" clause and a third party can be discussed and/or involved during a "No shop, No talk" caveat.

Guess it comes down to;...




...but please don't come the raw prawn saying BEOT can do as they please - that's a given.
