Can ALB change there offer legally. If they reduced cash to $1.00 per share and script offer 80/1? ALB have 116 million shares valued at just under 20 Billion USD. They would add another 27.5 million shares total 144 million shares with combined MC of 24 BIllion USD. So ALB closed at $260.00 AUD Friday that would be 40 Billion AUD/ 144 million shares, would be no dilution for ALB S/Hs and LTR would get $3.25 per share + $1.00 cash per share. Gina be happy with that?
