indeed it was a lot of baloney. the reality is we have a stalemate. the shorting Wall St hedge funds will side with ALB we assume and could block Gina or her JV. Gina will certainly block ALB. So what we have is either A. a new Gina/ALB deal supported by the Board; B. a stalemate and both parties sit back and allow LTR to do its thing and wait for a later opportunity (potentially very expensive for them compared to them acting soon); and C. a massive new bid soon to sweep the floor for the lot. I want either B or C.
